ROI calculator · Honest math
Move the sliders. The math is straight: at the same lead volume, you close the same number of deals with or without Assay — the close rate is applied to qualified leads either way.
What changes is two things: the hours your closers spend touching unqualified leads (zero, with Assay), and the volume of leads you can run without growing the team (unlimited, with Assay).
Your numbers
What it adds up to
Today · same with or without Assay
Qualified pipeline
70 leads
closers see 70 qualified out of 200 total
Monthly revenue
$63K
21 closes × $3K
Closer time spent on unqualified leads, today
65hours / month
That's 20% of your 2-closer team's monthly capacity, or about $3.0K in fully-loaded salary going to leads that won't ever close.
With Assay · same volume
Closer time on unqualified
0 hours
Assay handles all 200 leads; closers only see the 70 qualified.
Monthly revenue
$63K
Same. Volume × close × deal = same number. This is the honest answer.
The real argument
65hours reclaimed
Your closers' month gets 65 hours back. That's 13 business days reclaimed across the team — for closing, for proposals, for follow-up. Or for scaling up the list (the second argument, below).
The second argument · Scale
The point of an AI agent that never tires is that the cost of the next 100 leads is roughly the cost of the previous 100 leads. The closers stay the same. The numbers below show what your pipeline looks like at 1×, 2.5×, and 5× today's lead volume — same close rate, same deal value, same team.
The revenue numbers above and the revenue number on the "today" output are not separate — they're the same equation applied to different lead volumes. Qualified = leads × (1 − unqualified%). Closes = qualified × close-rate. Revenue = closes × deal value. Nothing about Assay changes those three multipliers.
What Assay changes is two things: (1) the closer hours spent on unqualified leads go to zero, and (2) the cost of running 2× or 5× the lead volume is the cost of plan minutes, not the cost of 2–5 additional closers. That second point is the scaling lever.
Closer-hours assumption: 30 minutes of closer time per lead, on average, to triage / call / disqualify / move on. We've measured this in pilot accounts; if your number is lower or higher, the time-reclaimed number scales linearly. Productive team capacity: 160 hours per closer per month, after meetings, ramp, and admin.
