Agency FAQ

What agencies ask first.

Agency rates start at 35% off list price across all tiers, sliding to 55% off at 25+ active sub-accounts. You set retail to your clients; we never see what you charge.

On Professional tier you get co-branded sub-accounts (your logo + "Powered by Assay"). On Enterprise you get full white-label including custom subdomain, custom email-sender domain, and your own brand throughout.

You do, fully. We never contact your clients directly. Billing flows agency → us, never client → us. If a client churns, they churn through you.

We will not solicit them and we will not undercut you. Contractually we cannot accept a direct relationship with an active sub-account for 12 months after they leave your agency.

48 hours per sub-account for the first three. After that you have your own onboarding template, and most agencies are spinning up new clients in under 4 hours of effort.

Month-to-month at agency tier 1 (3–10 clients). Quarterly commit at tier 2 (11–30) for an additional 8% off. Annual at tier 3 (31+) for the full 55% wholesale.
